The Blue Seal Evolution Series G592-B is a heavy-duty 300mm gas chargrill designed for commercial grilling and chargrilling applications. Its compact bench-mounted configuration makes it suitable for professional kitchens, catering and foodservice environments where practical cooking equipment is required.
The unit features a 304 stainless steel U-burner, reversible heavy-duty top grates and an inclined cooking position to assist with grease run-off. Lift-out grates, radiants and baffles provide convenient access for cleaning and servicing.
