PRODUCT INFORMATION
Caustic formulation with added solvents and surfactants to lift grease and carbon. Safe on many commercial kitchen surfaces including deep fryers, cook tops and ovens.
Use the product neat making sure to spread the product evenly over the surface.
OVENS: Heat oven until warm and switch off. Apply neat and allow to work for 5 to 10 minutes. Agitate the surfaces to break up the softened carbon deposits and grease, then wipe off and rinse with water.
HOT PLATES & GRILLS: Apply neat to a warm surface. Agitate with a cloth or scourer, and then rinse with water. For tough soils or cleaning cold surfaces, apply to the surface and leave for 20 minutes. Wipe or scourer the surface, and rinse well with water.
Do not use on aluminium alloys. Avoid prolonged contact with tinned or galvanised surfaces.
