COMBI CLEAN is a caustic cleaner with a specialised surfactant blend for heavy duty cleaning.
PRODUCT USE
COMBI CLEAN is designed to be used through the automatic cleaning cycle of Combi Ovens.
Follow oven manufacturer’s instructions tocomplete the cleaning cycle. For bestresults, use in conjunction with COMBI RINSE.
MANUAL CLEANING: Allow the combi oven to cool below 60oC. Apply COMBI CLEAN to all surfaces within the oven. Allow to penetrate for 10 minutes. Steam for 10 minutes and then wash down. Rinse well after use.
